Poornitha, a child artiste in many films made her debut as heroine with Prathi Gnayiru 8.30 – 9.30. Currently donning the lead roles in Kathikappal and Inba, the young actress says she would like to prove her talent by acting in versatile characters.
‘Like any other actress, my aim too is to make it big in Kollywood. I am simultaneously acting in two films in Tamil. The two roles are really different from each other and I had enough opportunity to portray my acting skills.’
Poornitha says she is also acting in a couple of films in Malayalam. ‘In Telugu too, I am acting in Manchu Kurichey Velalo, a film directed by cinematographer Ashok Kumar,’ she added.
