Meera Jasmine's sister Jenny Jasmine is making her foray into Kollywood with Alaiodu Vilayadu, a film produced by noted cinematographer Raj Preethi.
With newcomers Vijayan and Karuvapaiyya fame Karthiga in lead roles, the film also has Manivannan, Ponvannan and O A K Sundar in the cast. Alaiodu Vilayadu, a movie on the romance of a youngster brought up in a fishing hamlet is written and directed by Raghavan.
Says Jenny Jasmine, 'the script is good and I play a pivotal role in it. I hope to make it big in Kollywood'. The movie is shot in Kulachal, Kurumbanai and adjoining areas in Kaniyakumari.
