It was an opportunity to have the flavour of Tamil, as the audio of Vazhthukal, a film sans anything than Tamil was released amidst the lovers of the classical divine language in Chennai last night.
Speaking on the occasion, director Seeman said, ‘this is a film for entire family. It dwells on joint family system, which is no more prevailing in cities nowadays. Also, there is a beautiful love story too. In short, we tried our best to show human emotions on screen.’
Producer Siva said, ‘after a break of 10 years, I again started film production with Vazhthukal. This is all because of the encouragement of Pyramid Saimira group, which had funded the project.’
Others spoke on the occasion include producer council president Rama Narayanan, ace director Balu Mahendra, producers Ibrahim Rowthar, Kalaipuli Sekaran, Kaja Mydeen, actors Prabhu, Sathyaraj, actor-director R Parthiban, Congress member Karthi P Chidambaram, poetess Thamizhachi Thangapandian and V Natarajan and P S Saminathan of Pyramid Saimira group.
