At the time when everyone believes that Arasangam, the forthcoming film of Vijayakanth would be loaded with strong political messages, director of the movie Madhesh has said the film would be an out and out commercial entertainer.
‘Captain is doing the role of an IPS officer, who deals culprits with the help of psychoanalysis methods. There is not even a single scene relating to politics in this movie. At the same time, we had concentrated in all quintessential things to woo the fans of Vijayakanth.’
When asked why the title Arasangam when there is no hint of politics, Madhesh, with a cool smile, said, ‘there is ample significance for the title in the movie. It’s about cleaning the political system, thus enabling the people for a clean and corruption free governance.’
