Tiruchirapalli, Nov 19 : The water level in the Stanley Reservoir at Mettur across River Cauvery stood at 73.780 feet this morning as against its total capacity of 120 feet.

PWD sources said the inflow into the dam was 6,154 cusecs while the discharge was 15,998 cusecs.

From the Grand Anaicut, 7,657 cusecs was discharged through River Cauvery,1,510 cusecs through Vennar, 2,513 cusecs through Grand Anaicut Canal and 1,191 cusecs through Coleroon for irrigation.
