Bangalore, Nov 20 : The public sector Syndicate Bank has once again increased its rates of interest on Short Term Deposits comes with effect from today.

In a press release the Bank stated that for domestic Term Deposits up to Rs 15.00 lakhs, interest rates for the period from 91 to 179 days has been increased from 6.00% to 7.00% and for deposits above Rs 15.00 lakhs the increased rate is 7.50%.

For deposits over 15.00 lakhs for the period from 180 days to less than one year, interest is increased to 8.75 per cent the release added.
