June 21, 2012: Vivek, who played the role of a transgender in the recently released Muratti Kalai, has refuted an allegation against him that he had hurt the sentiments of transgenders.
'I respect transgenders a lot. In fact, there are some dialogues in the movie which fight for the cause. I did a lot of research before doing the role,' he said.
The top comedian of Tamil cinema is currently part of two Tamil-Kannada bilinguals. They are Chandra and Vazhipokkan. In Vazhipokkan, he is doing a role with negative shades.
