.jpg) Former Lok Sabha Speaker and BJP-led NDA backed Presidential candidate P A Sangma Wednesday called on AIADMK Supremo J Jayalalithaa and thanked her for mobilising support all over the country for his candidature.
On the eve of the presidential election,Jayalalithaa returned to Chennai on Wednesday after nearly a month's stay at Kodanad in the Nilgiris to address her party legislators and MPs and to meet presidential hopeful Sangma, who wound up his campaign in the city.
All 234 elected MLAs and 15 of 57 MPs are expected to cast their votes at the secretariat committee room from 10 am to 5 pm on Thursday.
During the meeting with her party legislators and MPs, Jayalalithaa briefed them about the voting to ensure that Sangma got all AIADMK votes
