The buzz about her is that she walked out of Sundar C's Madha Gaja Raja and SAC supervised remake of Sattam Oru Iruttarai. A guessing game was also on whether she would be part of Bharathiraja's comeback venture Annakodiyum Kodiveeranum or not.
And now, the good thing about her is that she has won the admiration of Danny Boyle. The Hollywood director, who won Oscar for Slumdog Millionaire, saw Karthika's performance in Malayalam movie Makara Manju and was impressed.
She got her number from Santosh Sivan, called her and appreciated her a lot, it is said.
