Rahman does it for Dhanush

Dhanush is for the first time working with the Oscar winning composer A R Rahman, for the Tamil-Hindi bilingual project Mariyaan, which is being directed by Bharat Bala.

The song, whose starting line is Vizhithidu Nenje..., will be one of the highlights of the movie. It was recorded some time back and was recently shot in the lead pair Dhanush and Parvathy, say sources.

It may be recalled that Rahman and Bharat Bala combined together in 1997 for the Vandemataram music album, which coincided with the 50th year of the independence of India.
