 Naan Ee, a film directed by popular Telugu filmmaker S S Rajamouli, is set for release on 6 July. The movie is also being made in Telugu as Eega.
It is one much-awaited movie but has been delayed for various reasons. With the promos perking up this sci-fi venture, it is expected that this movie starring Nani, Sudeep and Samantha will break new barriers.
Says Rajamouli, 'this is the first time the audience will get to watch the story of a fly taking revenge. For the sake of the film, I learnt how many varieties of fly exist in the world. A blend of love, sentiment and stunning visuals will make the film interesting to watch. Do I need to say it will be a laugh riot what with Crazy Mohan penning the dialogues'.
Says Nani, 'This is my second film after Veppam. Though I appear for just half an hour in the film, its impact will be felt in every scene as I am the person who takes revenge in the form of a fly. It's my desire to do more Tamil films.'
The other credits include, Senthil Kumar has handled the camera and Maragathamani has scored the music. Ravinder has taken care of the art department. Crazy Mohan has penned the dialogue and Madhan Karky, the lyrics. Kotagiri Venkateswar Rao is the editor.
